I am trying to lose a few pounds. I have yet to lose any of the weight I put on while pregnant with AJ. To help me down that path I've been cooking recipes out of my "Clean Eating" cook book by Tosca Reno. LOVE it!
Most of the recipes call for tons of fruits and vegetables, some of which my dear husband has not heard of. Being the primary grocery shopper of the relationship, I received the following text message after one shopping trip:
"Next time just write "fruits and veggies: ONE OF EVERYTHING". That would make it easier on me."
